Ordering

Orders are to be placed by email, enquiry@saffronsacks.com or phone, 07729 763 899. If you would like to place an order, please send an enquiry via my contact page with details of the colour and style of bag of interest to you plus contact name and address (N.B. goods can only be sent to the registered address given with your payment via PayPal). I will advise by return email the total cost of your order including delivery. If you would like to proceed with your order, I will then send an invoice for payment via PayPal. You do not need to have an account with PayPal in order to make a payment; you may pay by Credit Card, Debit Card or Bank Transfer. The time period required to make your bag is between 3-5 weeks commencing from the date that your payment is received. If you require your bag for a special occasion please advise me of the date on your initial enquiry (please bear in mind the time required to make the bag).

Fabric Samples

I am able to send up to five small samples of any of the fabrics illustrated on the website. The charge for this service is £3 including p&p, which will be deducted from the total cost of any order you place subsequently. As a small, individual company, I only offer small runs of materials resulting in an individual product. Please note that some leathers, suedes and fabrics shown on this site may be subject to availability. Please advise me via email which samples you would like and I will send you a PayPal invoice by return.

Bespoke service

I am happy to undertake commissions, to create my current designs in colours and sizes to suit your specification. If you are looking to colour match an outfit or pair of shoes, I will endeavour to source a match or similar colour and forward to you small samples of leathers that are available at your time of enquiry. Please note that prices will differ depending on which leathers are chosen, but I will fully advise prices with each sample. Again, for up to five samples there will be a charge of £3 which will be redeemed against any order you place. Please place your enquiry and/or order as detailed above.
