Privacy policy

Saffron Sacks respects the privacy of website users. We do not store financial details (all payments are handled securely for us by PayPal). Your details will only be used for processing orders and for contacting you regarding queries or information related to our products or services. Your details will not be sold, rented, or given out to any third party unless ordered by a court of law.

Returns policy

Due to the personal made to order nature of my bags no refunds will be given unless there is a fault with the workmanship or design. Faulty goods must be notified to me immediately, and returned within 7 days of receipt via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.

Delivery charges

Postage and packaging of all items for UK delivery (excluding Channel Islands) will be £10.
All overseas deliveries will be charged at their individual rate. Please send an enquiry via the contact page of our website so that we can advise you of the cost via return email.
